You don’t need more AI information.

You need someone to turn it into support you can actually use.

You’ve heard AI can save you time. Maybe you’ve tried a few prompts. But the hardest part isn’t typing the prompt.

It’s knowing which AI to use. Whether you need chat, an agent, a connector, a Project, or a Skill—and how to turn it into something you’ll use again next week.

Try it free

Meet your weekly
Chief of Staff.

Copy this into ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Copilot before your next Sunday-night scramble. It turns the pieces of your week into one realistic family brief.

No email required. No complicated setup. Just paste, answer the questions, and let AI organize the week with you.

Copy/paste prompt
Act as my family Chief of Staff. I’m going to give you our calendars, kids’ activities, coverage, meal constraints, and what is already in the fridge.

First, ask me for any missing information you need. Then create:
1. A realistic day-by-day brief for the week, including schedule conflicts, coverage gaps, dinner plans, and the five things that absolutely need to happen.
2. A short, warm text I can send to my partner with key locations, decisions we need to make, and direct asks.

Keep the plan practical—not aspirational. Flag anything I am likely to forget, and tell me what can wait.

Sound familiar?

01

The invisible list never ends.

School forms, follow-ups, birthday gifts, meetings, permission slips—you’re carrying all of it at once, even when nobody else can see it.

02

Your company rolled out AI—and expects adoption.

Copilot appeared in your toolbar. Leadership wants productivity gains. Nobody showed you what to do beyond summarizing a meeting.

03

The week happens before you’re ready.

Sunday night becomes Monday morning. One sick child rearranges the day. Your inbox fills while dinner still has to happen.

04

Every system feels like another job.

New apps, planners, and routines all require you to remember to use them. You need support that can hold and remember more for you.

The missing half of AI training

Your company teaches you to use AI at work.
We show you how to use it for your whole life.

Prepare for the promotion conversation

Manage school emails and permission slips

Turn meetings into action plans

Plan dinner around practices and late calls

Rearrange the day when a child wakes up sick

Build the business idea you keep postponing

This isn’t AI for work or AI for home. It’s AI for the life happening between them.

Inside The Inner Circle

Start with what feels heavy.

Every resource begins with a real-life stressor—not a trendy feature.

Home & family

School logistics, family calendars, meal planning, sick days, childcare gaps, and household systems.

Career & work

Inbox triage, performance reviews, promotion cases, client briefs, coverage plans, and hard emails.

Business

Client proposals, quarterly planning, websites, content systems, and personal voice guides.

Personal headspace

Brain dumps, boundaries, resets, hard conversations, and the next realistic step.

Not a library of random prompts

You get the entire system.

A prompt for an agent isn’t helpful if nobody explains how to set up the agent. Complex workflows include every layer you need:

  • The best AI platform
  • The exact mode to choose
  • Connectors or paid features required
  • Step-by-step setup
  • Privacy and approval notes
  • The copy-and-paste prompt

Jessica Gehring, founder of The Inner Circle
JESSICA GEHRINGMom of three.
VP.

Who is behind this

Every mother dreams of having a chief of staff.
I decided to build one.

I’m Jessica—a mom of three, a VP, and someone who has spent nearly two decades working in design and technology with Fortune 500 companies.

In my work, I saw the pressure other working mothers were carrying firsthand. At the same time, I was helping clients use AI to streamline work and build smarter systems. And I kept thinking: This would be incredibly helpful outside of work, too.

I started because I needed help—a way to hold less in my head, move through work more efficiently, and stop rebuilding the same plans every week. Then I got good at it.

The Inner Circle is where I translate what I know about AI, design, strategy, and efficiency into practical support women can use across their whole lives.

If it doesn’t create meaningful support in real life, it doesn’t belong here.

Questions, answered

Before you join.

Do I need to be good at AI?+

Not at all. Complex systems tell you which tool to open, which mode to use, what to connect, how to set it up, and what to paste.

Is this only for working mothers?+

Working moms are at the heart of what I create because it’s the life I know firsthand. But if you are working, building, caring, on a pause, at home, or simply carrying a lot—you belong here.

Do I need every AI platform?+

No. Start with the platform you already have and will actually use. The library explains what works best where and offers alternatives when possible.

Will anything send automatically?+

The systems clearly explain what can be automated and what you should review. Email drafts and consequential actions should always be reviewed before sending.

What’s the difference between the two offers?+

This Month’s Drop is one permanent, one-time collection. Membership includes the full past library, every future drop, and evolving updates while you’re subscribed.

Can I cancel membership?+

Yes. Cancel anytime. There are no long-term commitments.

The week may still be full.

But you don’t have to carry all of it the same way.
